Wedding Photography FAQs
It’s your story, not ours, so we blend cozy photojournalism with dreamy, fine‑art touches. Expect candid, joyous moments captured in warm, soft light, sprinkled with editorial-style portraits you’ll treasure forever. Relaxed, romantic, and unapologetically you.
We recommend booking 9–12 months ahead, especially during peak season. We can hold your spot with a short hold while you confirm plans (first‑come, first‑served).
We promise it’s me behind the lens! If your package includes a second photographer, it’s a trusted pro from our team, and you’ll meet them, too.
No stress. We’re over‑prepared! Backup cameras, lenses, memory cards, batteries, insurance, and if our lead can’t make it, a standby pro is on call.
You’ll receive 400–800 beautifully edited images for a full-day package. Sneak peeks land in 1–2 weeks; your full gallery in 4–6 weeks (may vary slightly with season).
We love memories that live outside your screen:
You receive a gorgeous heirloom that tells your day’s story, from cover to spine. No guesswork, no stress. We design a draft using your top picks and our editorial vision.
Then we schedule a relaxed Zoom or in-person session (about 1–2 hrs)—here, you tweak, swap, or rearrange spreads until it’s perfect.
Once you approve, we finalize the design and send it off for professional printing.
You get full personal-use rights. Frame them, post them, deck your fridge. Your memories, your way. We retain copyright for protection, but you’re royalty to us.
Absolutely! Whether it’s local or international, we’ve got you. Local shoots include travel; destination packages are fully transparent—no surprises.
We keep things smooth:
Share your timeline & vendor contacts so we can flow through your day effortlessly
Pick your “getting ready” spots and know timing
Send us your must‑have shot list (smile-ready cousins included)
Let us know your ceremony/family logistics (a photo wrangler helps!)
I live in Kamloops, but I do not charge travel fees for any photography sessions in the Okanagan.
